When you are arranging work for a parent, relative or family friend, it can be difficult to know whether the right decisions are being made and the work is receiving proper attention.

I act as your trusted point of contact, coordinating everyone involved, visiting the property regularly and keeping you informed throughout. I monitor progress and quality, deal with questions and follow issues through, giving you confidence that the project and your relative’s interests are being taken care of.

Not currently living at the property?

If you live outside Edinburgh, are not here full time, or have bought a property that you want to renovate before moving in, I can oversee the project locally on your behalf. The work can progress without you needing to be at the property throughout, while you retain clear oversight of the decisions, costs and progress.

I am Sarah Audsley, an independent project manager with over 20 years of experience managing property projects, coordinating designers, contractors and professional teams, and representing clients throughout complex decisions and delivery.

I established Audsley White to bring that experience directly to homeowners. I provide a calm, personal and thorough service, remaining closely involved throughout and making sure the details, decisions and people involved are properly coordinated.

Every project is managed by me personally, with your interests, investment and intended outcome at the centre of my approach.
